Eric has been in the aviation industry since 1984. His early experience involved positions as sales managers with three different aviation organizations each with different sales philosophies. The exposure to the worldwide market led him to establish Flight Source International, Inc. in 1994 as an international brokerage firm with the highest standards of professionalism. His philosophy of providing accurate information and presenting opportunities to his clients with fairness has resulted in an extensive and loyal clientele.

Maria has been with FSI since 1994. Her years of sales experience coupled with her fluency in Spanish has been responsible for FSI's success in Mexico, Spain and South America. She is highly experienced in the complexities of international transactions and prides in client relationship.

James has extensive management experience overseeing a large Florida Based FBO. As General Manager, he handled all negotiations and contracts with the Federal Government, Airlines, and Large Fractional Charter Operations. This honed his skills in Aviation Regulation, Aviation Law, and especially Sales. He always looks after the best interest of his clients, and will go the "extra mile" to insure they get the best representation possible. Denis Byron

Denis comes with an extensive sales background of over 15 years in both the Telecommunications & Pharmaceutical fields. He graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and holds fluency in English & Italian. His professional experience coupled with consistent exposure to various aircraft since childhood has given him both a passion for Aviation and a keen awareness of our clients wants and needs.

Charles Hornback

Having a father as a corporate pilot gave Charles an early start in aviation. He soloed on his 16th birthday prior to getting his drivers license and went on to obtain a commercial multi-engine rating and has logged over 3000 hours in aircraft from 152’s, up to mid-size corp. jets. Along with BS in Public Relations from Southeast Missouri State Univ, his diverse aviation background, includes sales, insurance and management. His family values, safety concerns and client care insure that all his clients are satisfied!

Celia Tortelli

Celia has been has been in Sales for over 5 years. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Multinational Business Operations and Marketing. Celia is fluent in Italian, Spanish & English. She is able to reach a wide variety of aircraft buyers and sellers with her strong communication abilities. She has extensive International Travel and Business Experience which provides her with the ability to negotiate and expedite transactions with ease. Her attention to detail and going above and beyond will help you with any aircraft need.

Rick, in our Nevada office, knows, that time kills deals. He is experienced buying, selling, marketing multimillion dollar aircraft and helicopters. His fluency in German and Japanese, and basic Spanish brings an additional element of International expertise to our company.

Bill comes to us with twenty years of sales and marketing in the high en d luxury goods arena. His business experiences and background encompass national as well as international exposure. Bill's formal education is in Fine Art, coupled with retail sales, brokering and sales management experience. Having managed fine art galleries in Chicago, Los Angeles and Hawaii, have given him a mix of responsibilities equal to providing the kind of service and customer attention, specific to the aviation sales industry. Negotiation and detail to customer's needs are specific attributes that he possesses, along with his attention to detail.

Alex headed the sales team at a respected charter brokerage where he achieved record sales before breaking off to found and manage The Private Jet Club Ltd in early 2007. Following external investment the company launched Europe’s first charter sharing website, PrivateJetShare.com in 2008 which Alex pioneered.
Alex runs Flight Source's London office and represents the company throughout Europe. In addition to this he acts Commercial Director for Finesse Executive Ltd, a charter, management and sales company based in England which works closely with Flight Source on aircraft transactions.

Victor holds a degree in aeronautical engineering and has twelve years experience in the Executive Aviation Industry. He has been involved in all sectors of aviation including maintenance, operations and administration. Victor is well known in the aeronautical community in Mexico. Victor's dedication and professionalism make him an invaluable associate to F.S.I.. Victor specializes in the Mexican aviation market place.

Americo L. Herrera Kluka has 28 years of experience in the Civil Aviation sector and has trained in sales and operation courses in Beechcraft - Wichita. Americo is also the Chief of Operations for pilots in the ATP Corporation. He is highly respected in the aviation industry and is well known throughout Venezuela. Many pilots and operators know him by his nickname: Milko. Captain Carlos Ortega is highly regarded and respected for more than thirty years in Colombia and South America Aviation. Over two decades flying for Avianca. Five years as Director of Aerocivil and as part of a select team that managed to elevate the position of Colombia to Category I to the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States of America (FAA) and the Federation of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Wrote the Guide to operations and airworthiness inspectors from UDEAC, document current and consulted by both inspectors and businesses in Colombia and other Latin American countries.His experience in these positions has allowed to come into contact with the industry at all levels, not only in Colombia but in other countries in the region such as Panama, Ecuador and Venezuela.

Jorge has 14 years of experience in Commercial and Private Aviation. He as run several successful operations and has always taken the lead in complex negotiations and flight operation scheduling. He is a licensed pilot and well rehearsed in part 135 & 121 operations. He stands ready to fulfill your companies goals of a corporate aircraft selection. Jorge is fluent in Spanish and English and specializes in the Mexican marketplace. David operates an office in Quito, Ecuador. He has many years of experience with local Airlines, charter operators and aircraft owners in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia. Also, in the Ministry of Economy Policy, where he has been a consultant.
